2nd Annual District Attorney’s “Shoot for the Stars” Clay Shooting Tournament - Laredo

On Saturday March 27, the 49th Judicial District of Texas District Attorney, Isidro R. Alaniz, will host the 2nd annual clay shooting tournament to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas. The contest will be held at the South Texas Shooting Complex in Laredo. The entry fee is $150 a person and includes lunch. The shoot consists of teams with five people per team. Men, women and youths aged 12 to 17 may comprise a team. Youth shooters must be accompanied by an adult. The competition begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. with an awards ceremony and a raffle. Cash prizes will be given to the winners. Chi Omega Backyard Bash - Austin

Ninth Annual Texas Classic Car Show - Austin

The Ninth Annual Texas Classic Car Show is a classic, muscle, antique and exotic car show benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central & South Texas on October 9, 2010. With approximately 300 cars on display, this car show is free to the public and will be held in the parking lot of Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q at 11570 Research Blvd. FREE parking and air-conditioned shuttle service will be provided for the public. Golf Tournament Benefiting the Make-A-Wish® Foundation - Round Rock

The Jennifer Wilks Foundation will help fight childhood cancer by hosting The 5th Annual Charitable Golf Tournament on Friday, April 23, 2010 at the Star Ranch Golf Club in Austin, TX, in loving memory of Jennifer Wilks. Admission is $125 per golfer. Register today and mention the Make-A-Wish Foundation and $75 dollars of the entry fee will be donated directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition, a portion of the overall proceeds of the tournament will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas to help grant a wish.
